Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga
This style of yoga is a fun and safe way to improve your fitness level, burn some calories and feel better. This is quite dynamic practice, which will get you to work out all of your muscles, a comprehensive all-round training to help not only your body but also your mind! You will likely experience an energy boost, ease some of the daily tensions you might experience, and prepare to face the challenges of your everyday life!
Thanks to the use of anatomical knowledge, this training is not only safe but super effective. It will get you the results you want in half the time. Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga approach, developed by Sadie Nardini, combines traditional yoga knowledge with HIIT training to optimise the time you spend on the mat and the results you want!

The best way to experience yoga, one-on-one teaching allows to tailor the practice to suit your specific needs and allow for the quickest results. Taught at your place, at a time which is convenient to you.
£55 for 1 hour (60 min) or £70 for 1,5 hour (90 min).
