How does it look like?

Coaching conversation is always led by you and follows your needs. I am here to help you with questions, feedback, and sometimes challenges, so that you can create change you need. I may offer you homework or exercises but it’s always up to you whether you want to explore a given are or not. This gives you choice and freedom and creates conditions to take control over what’s happening in your life.
